Cooking times:

2 person - 35 minutes at 175 for medium rare

4 person - 45 minutes at 175 for medium rare

Rare: final rested temperature 45 - 47°C
Medium: final rested temperature 55 - 60°C
Well done: final rested temperature 64 -70°C
